This is the non-profit organization authorized by the Gresham-Barlow School District to operate the Gresham Arthur Academy through a contractual agreement with the Mastery Learning Institute. GAAPCS will meet quarterly to oversee this management contract.

The public is invited to observe and speak at these proceedings.
